In business today the term - talent - is over used and misused. Talent should generally consider to be an innate, personal gift possessed by relatively few. In essence, someone with talent has an aptitude to do certain things. Talent is not the same as skill, which is a learned process, and one which is enhanced or inhibited by an underlying talent. So when most people speak of talent in business they are more correctly speaking about highly skilled or capable people. We endeavor to identify truly talented people that are so highly skilled and capable.
